You call or book online and describe the problem. Tim confirms a time, comes to your home or office, and diagnoses the fault on the spot. Most jobs are finished in the first visit.

On-site visits are $120 per hour with no call-out fee, and under the No Fix No Pay guarantee you only pay when the problem is actually resolved. Pensioner and student discounts apply.
